Voxie Tactics sees a major upgrade this week as they officially launch their new game client, built with Unity. While not all functionality is available yet (such as NFT minting), the game works, players can use their NFTs, and VOXEL rewards continue to be handed out for match victories!
After many months of work, the Voxie Tactics team has finally released their rebuild of the Voxie Tactics game. This build is still the same game, and still compatible with existing Voxie NFTs. But it also brings improved graphics and stability, and supposedly, paves the way for releases of Voxie Tactics on MacOS and mobile platforms.
There is a very minor inconvenience for players. Existing players will need to re-link their accounts. Just make sure you use the same wallet you linked to the game before in order to preserve your previous game status.
Also, the Tavern and the Forge, utility pages on the Voxies Market website, are temporarily closed. The team is still integrating their functionality with the Unity build. But the player marketplace and the rental store are open and ready for use.
Now that they have the build launched in Unity, hopefully they will spend some time improving the interface and other quality of life issues. A little polish here could go a long way!
