Morpho [MORPHO] staged a strong recovery after bouncing from trendline support that had held for months. The rebound followed a bearish push amid broader market panic after the Binance hack.
Following a 10% daily price surge, the token recovered from the $2.07 zone and reclaimed several moving averages. It climbed above its 50-day, 100-day, and 200-day Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) as buying pressure returned.
With trading activity picking up, could buyers keep the recovery going toward the next swing high at $2.56?

Why is MORPHO trading activity rising?
Morpho’s trading activity accelerated across Spot and Futures markets over the past 24 hours. Spot Volume surged 266% to $97.49 million, while Futures Volume jumped 160% to $15.83 million.
The increases pointed to greater participation across both markets. However, higher Trading Volume alone did not establish whether buyers or sellers would sustain control.

Order-size data also showed activity from smaller and larger traders. CryptoQuant’s Spot Average Order Size and Futures Average Order Size offered another view of that participation.
Still, order size alone could not confirm strategic accumulation. Futures activity could reflect new directional positions, hedging, or traders closing existing exposure.

Could Morpho’s token unlock affect the rally?
The recovery came ahead of a scheduled token unlock on the 20th of November. Approximately $2.33 million worth of MORPHO was set for release, based on the cited valuation.
That could add selling pressure if recipients moved unlocked tokens onto the market. The release itself, however, would not establish that those tokens would be sold.

Can MORPHO’s price recovery reach THIS?
Morpho’s technical rebound and rising market participation supported the recovery attempt. Holding above the reclaimed EMAs could give buyers room to test the $2.56 swing high.
Even so, a busy market can turn quickly if selling returns. Losing the reclaimed averages would weaken the setup and bring the $2.07 support zone back into focus.
For now, buyers had recovered ground. Their next task was to defend it long enough to challenge the previous swing high.
Final Summary
- MORPHO rose 10% after rebounding from $2.07 and reclaiming three key EMAs.
- Spot Volume increased 266%, while Futures Volume climbed 160%, showing greater trading participation.
