He emphasized that the Dencun implementation on Gnosis Chain would not only lower costs but also facilitate the scalability of Layer-2 solutions, potentially attracting more participants to the crypto space.
Advancing Decentralized Ledger Technology
In addition to its collaboration with Ethereum, Gnosis has played a pivotal role in advancing decentralized ledger technology. The Gnosis beacon chain genesis occurred in December 2020, closely following Ethereum’s timeline. Subsequent upgrades, such as the Merge and Shapella, were swiftly integrated into Gnosis Chain within four months of their deployment on Ethereum.
Looking ahead, Gnosis is gearing up for the Electra/Prague hard fork in alignment with Ethereum’s roadmap.
