KAITO drops 20% as Spot inflows rise: Is another breakdown ahead?

KAITO declined 20% over the past 24 hours, extending its recent losses as selling activity intensified across the market.

The decline unfolded alongside an 8.88% increase in 24-hour trading volume to $71.38 million, showing trading activity accelerated instead of fading during the sell-off.

Higher turnover accompanying a sharp decline often reflected stronger participation from sellers, adding weight to the broader bearish outlook.

The latest move also erased a significant portion of KAITO’s recent gains, placing the token under renewed pressure after its previous advance.

Are rising Spot inflows adding to selling pressure?

On-chain data strengthened the cautious outlook after KAITO recorded positive Spot netflows of approximately $487,110.

The reading indicated more tokens moved onto exchanges than left them during the latest session, increasing exchange-held supply.

Such behavior often accompanied periods when holders prepared to sell or reposition assets.

Recent sessions also recorded several notable inflow spikes, revealing exchange deposits increased as volatility expanded.

Although positive netflows alone did not confirm continued downside, they aligned with the broader weakness already visible across the market.

Buyers therefore faced additional pressure because rising exchange balances increased available supply.

Unless inflows moderate over the coming sessions, recovery attempts would likely encounter stronger selling interest before establishing a sustainable rebound.

Spot sellers continued controlling market activity

Spot market behavior reinforced the bearish narrative through the 90-day Spot Taker CVD, which remained seller-dominant throughout the correction.

The metric showed market sell orders consistently exceeded aggressive buy orders, confirming sellers retained control of Spot trading activity.

Rising trading volume further supported that trend because heavier participation occurred while sell-side pressure persisted.

Rather than indicating balanced market conditions, the order flow reflected sustained distribution across Spot markets.

Such an imbalance typically reduced the effectiveness of dip-buying efforts because aggressive sellers continued absorbing available demand.

Until the Spot Taker CVD shifts back toward buyer dominance, rallies would likely remain vulnerable to renewed selling pressure, leaving bulls with limited evidence that Spot demand had regained control.

Has KAITO lost its technical advantage?

KAITO fell below the important $0.95 support after failing to preserve its previous upward structure.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) dropped to 49.28, slipping beneath both the neutral 50 threshold and its moving average at 68.26, reflecting weakening buying strength.

Meanwhile, the Parabolic SAR printed above price at 1.3535, confirming bearish trend control following the recent reversal.

Those indicators aligned with the broader decline and suggested buyers had lost near-term control of market direction.

Even so, the technical outlook would improve if KAITO reclaimed the $0.95 level because such a move could invalidate the latest breakdown.

Otherwise, continued weakness below that level would likely encourage sellers to extend the correction before buyers regained meaningful control.

Final Summary

  • KAITO’s rising exchange inflows and seller-heavy Spot activity continue to reinforce the ongoing bearish outlook.
  • Technical indicators show weakening buyer strength while reclaiming $0.95 remains the immediate recovery requirement.
