On TON, Cryptonews cited TechFlow as saying the update was announced on Oct. 27 and lets users buy TON chain tokens directly with their $USDC balance. The same article said Monad support, revealed on Oct. 24, works in a similar way, and that the app now covers three new networks in a matter of days.
Pump.fun built its business on Solana and became a popular venue for launching and trading memecoins. The recent updates point to a shift toward a multichain model, with the app routing cross-chain trades in the background from a single $USDC balance.
Signs of a Broader Strategy
Speculation about a wider expansion is not new. Yahoo Finance reported earlier this year that Pump.fun had reportedly registered subdomains for networks including Ethereum, Base, BNB Chain and Monad, and that it had partnered with MoonPay to enable cross-chain deposits from nine networks, including Polygon and Arbitrum.
Analysts have also flagged risks. Some critics have warned that multichain expansion could fragment liquidity, according to Bitget News. Another report said sustained user activity and transparent fee economics will determine whether integrations such as TON become meaningful for the platform, as noted by Altcoin Buzz.
Polygon’s native token is $POL, which functions as the gas token on Polygon PoS, according to Coinbase. Which network Pump.fun adds next has not been announced.
