Flowra, a Solana orderflow and validator infrastructure platform, has partnered with Honeypot, a compliance infrastructure provider, to add sanctions and risk screening to the block-building process.
The integration combines Honeypot’s compliance data with Flowra’s Programmable Block Policy (PBP). This will allow institutional validators to set their own rules for deciding which transactions and bundles can be included in blocks.
The system will screen wallet addresses linked to sanctioned entities and also consider network-level indicators such as VPNs, proxy services, and Tor exit nodes. The companies said these tools account for an estimated 31–61% of traffic that uses network obfuscation.
Each validator will control its own compliance policy, allowing operators to make independent decisions about block construction. The first stage of the partnership will focus on sanctions screening, wallet screening, and auditability for regulated institutions.
Flowra provides infrastructure for Solana validators and orderflow auctions. Honeypot develops compliance tools for digital asset transactions.
